Welcome! I’m Erin Ayers, Clinical Social Worker/Therapist With over 15 years of experience, I’m passionate about helping individuals and families build understanding, resilience, & hope. Utilizing evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Play Therapy, & Sand Tray Therapy, I tailor each session to meet your unique needs. My style is strength-based, helping clients develop tools for emotional regulation, confidence, and communication.
